About LLC Oklahoma.org
LLC Oklahoma.org forms Oklahoma LLCs for a $199 service fee plus Oklahoma's state fees, with the first year of Oklahoma registered agent service included.
What LLC Oklahoma.org does
- Preparation and filing of your LLC's formation document (the Articles of Organization or Oklahoma's equivalent) with the state.
- Delivery of the state-returned formation documents to your online account.
- Your first year of Oklahoma registered agent service. It renews at $99/year after 12 months.
Price and what's included
Oklahoma LLC formation: $199 our fee + $104 Oklahoma state filing fee = $303 due today. The first year of registered agent service is included; it renews at $99/year after 12 months.
Foreign registration into Oklahoma (for a company formed in another state): $199 our fee + $312 Oklahoma state fees = $511. The first year of registered agent service is included.
EIN (federal tax ID) application: $99. The IRS charges no fee for an EIN. Founders with no SSN or ITIN add $99 for international processing.
State fees are shown separately from our fee. We collect them with your order and pay them to the state at cost when we file.
What the fee doesn't cover
- The state's filing fee and any mandatory state expedite fee. They are listed separately above, collected with your order and paid to the state.
- The federal EIN (tax ID number). That is a separate service: $99.
- An operating agreement.
- BOI / FinCEN beneficial-ownership reporting.
- Legal or tax advice. We are a filing service, not a law firm.
How it works
Standard Oklahoma processing for a new LLC takes 1–2 business days after we file. If you want it sooner, checkout offers the state's optional expedited processing (24 hours) for $25, a fee paid to the state.
State processing times are set by the state and can change.
Staying compliant in Oklahoma
The Annual Certificate is the recurring filing; maintaining a registered agent under 18 O.S. § 2010 is the standing one. The two are separate filings on separate forms, and the certificate cannot fix an agent problem. If we serve as your registered agent, we track your anniversary and nudge you well before the window closes, so the good-standing clock never starts running against you.

Policies
Registered agent service renews automatically for another year on each renewal date, unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account, or give written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal reminders go out about 60 days ahead.
You can cancel at any time from your online account or by contacting support. Cancelling does not by itself remove us as registered agent on the state record; a change of registered agent or resignation filing does that.
Anything already filed with the government is not refundable. Registered agent fees are not refundable once we or our partner have been appointed with the state. State fees are not refundable once paid to the state.
Quick answers
What's included in your formation service?
For $199 we handle the Oklahoma filing: Articles of Organization prepared and submitted to the Oklahoma Secretary of State. The $104 state fee is paid separately. Registered agent service: first year included with your LLC, then $99/year. An operating agreement template and EIN assistance are available as standalone services.
Do I need an operating agreement for my Oklahoma LLC?
Oklahoma doesn't require you to file an operating agreement with the state, but you absolutely should have one. Banks require it to open a business account. Courts rely on it in disputes. Without one, Oklahoma's default LLC rules apply — which may not match your intentions. An Oklahoma-specific operating agreement template is available from us as a standalone add-on.
Is a registered agent included?
Yes. Your first year of Oklahoma registered agent service is included with the formation. After 12 months it renews automatically at $99/year unless you turn off auto-renewal or cancel in your online account.
Do I need a registered agent for my Oklahoma LLC?
Yes. Every LLC registered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State is required to maintain a registered agent with a physical Oklahoma address. This is true from the moment you file your formation documents and remains true for as long as the LLC exists. Our service: first year included with your LLC, then $99/year.
How do I get an EIN for my Oklahoma LLC?
Apply directly on IRS.gov — it's free and takes about 10 minutes. You'll receive your EIN immediately after completing the online application. Never pay a third party for an EIN. We provide EIN application assistance as an optional, separately-priced service. The IRS doesn't charge for an EIN — apply at IRS.gov yourself if you prefer.
Does Oklahoma require an annual report for LLCs?
Yes, every year. The fee is $25. Missing the filing deadline can lead to late fees and eventually administrative dissolution by the Oklahoma Secretary of State.
