Oklahoma LLC Annual Report: $25, Due on Your Anniversary

Oklahoma's version of the LLC annual report is the annual certificate (SOS Form 0097), filed with the Secretary of State for a fee of $25. Paid online by card, the state adds a 4% service charge, so the total is $26.

It is due every year on the anniversary date of your LLC's registration (Title 18, ยง 2055.2). Oklahoma sends the reminder notice only to the email address on file, so keep that address current.

The Secretary of State's form says an LLC that neglects or fails to file the certificate within 60 days after the due date ceases to be in good standing. The fee schedule lists no separate late fee. The pages we checked do not describe the steps to restore good standing, so ask the Secretary of State's office before relying on any particular route.
